The trail version of the Maxxis Minion DHR II features the same tread pattern as its downhill counterpart but utilises lighter-weight casings. With side knobs borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF and widened to provide more support, the DHR II corners like no other. Refined and redesigned, it's ready to shred any line, with wider shoulder knobs for improved cornering, paddle-like centre knobs for enhanced braking, and ramped, siped tread that rolls quickly while maintaining excellent braking control.

3C MaxxTerra

An intermediate compound configuration used in select mountain tyres. 3C MaxxTerra is softer and offers more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed, while providing better tread wear and lower rolling resistance than MaxxGrip.

DoubleDown (DD)

DoubleDown (DD) is the next step in the evolution of the dual-ply tyre casing for enduro racing. Two 120 TPI casing layers reinforced with a butyl insert provide the support and protection of a downhill tyre in a lighter package.

Tubeless Ready

Tubeless Ready tyres provide the rider with many benefits, including the ability to run lower tyre pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance compared to tube-type tyres, and a reduced chance of punctures. Liquid sealants should only be used with Tubeless Road, Tubular and Tubeless Ready tyres. Using liquid sealants in any other Maxxis tyre will void the warranty.
