This headset uses 1 ½â tapered bearings, however it uses an 1 ¼â lower race to fit the Kinesis RTDâs narrow fork steerer. This headset offers a solution to anyone needing to fit an 1 ¼â tapered fork, such as a Lauf Grit, to one of our Kinesis frames.
