Used primarily in cross-country and enduro tyres, the two compounds in the outer layer are specially formulated to reduce rolling resistance and optimise tread wear and traction.

An extremely cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls of select mountain tyres. This densely woven fabric is also lightweight and highly flexible, ensuring that tyre performance remains unaffected. Choose EXO Protection for exceptionally rocky, treacherous trails where the risk of sidewall cuts and abrasions is high.
Tubeless Ready
Tubeless tyres provide many benefits, including the ability to run lower tyre pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance compared to tube-type tyres, and a reduced chance of punctures since there is no inner tube. Liquid sealants should only be used with Tubeless Road, Tubular and Tubeless Ready tyres. The use of liquid sealants in any other Maxxis tyre will void the warranty.
