Important product information
Both the adhesive grease and the gear grease are no longer included in the service kit. Instead, please use greases meeting these specifications:
 - Adhesive grease with a calcium soap base, not water-soluble, NLGI class 2, operating temperature: -30/+120 °C, dropping point: 180 °C, density: 0.89 g/ml (25.00 °C).
 - Gear grease with a lithium base, not water-soluble, NLGI class 2, operating temperature: -60/+120 °C, dropping point: 130 °C, density: 0.90 g/ml (25.00 °C).

During the transition phase, we cannot influence whether you receive a kit with or without the transmission grease!
For specialised workshops only
Only qualified expert personnel (such as specialist bicycle retailers) are authorised to replace the cover. Improper replacement of the cover can allow ingress of dirt particles in the drive internals which can, in turn, lead to short-circuiting, or failure of freewheel functions - or even cause the drive to lock-up. Improper fitting can also leave the drive unsealed. Hence, any incompetent replacement of the cover poses hazards that risk harm to both the bike and rider

The drive unit must not be repaired if any of the following applies:
â If the eBike has a back-pedal brake.
