Returns Service

All returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (return postage cost paid by: the buyer).

Any returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase (please also add a note stating the reason for return).

If you don't have your receipt or delivery documents, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement for proof of purchase. Please remove your payment card number by cutting out the details or by covering the number, then scanning your documents.

If you return your order to your local store, the refund will be processed immediately.

If you return them by post, the refund will be processed within 2 working days from receipt of your items.

All refunds for online or in store orders are credited back to the original payment method.

Unrecoverable Service Costs, such as: shipping costs and/or any other cost associated with the transportation and storage of the goods purchased during transit to the destination address are not refundable.

Please allow at least 7 working days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account. Note: this may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.


If you would like to exchange your order, we can do this at our Scuff Wheels Store within 14 days of receipt. (we advise to contact us (by phone or email) prior to travelling to our store to check that the required item(s) is(are) available from stock).

Note on International Returns

Due to the UK new status after Brexit, effective from 01/01/2021, goods imported from the UK may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes applied to your international imported goods by the government of your country of residence.

As a buyer it is your responsibility to check with your local customs authorities if the type of goods you are intending to buy are allowed to be imported in to your country and if/how much customs clearance tax/duty you may need to pay before buying the item/s.  

We are not responsible for your import tax/duty applied by the government of your country of residence on your international purchased goods, and they are not included in the sale price. Your import tax/duty charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company and paid to your local customs authorities on your behalf – (note: import tax/duties and associated fees are not to be confused for additional shipping charges).

No international returns and no refunds for the goods returned if you (the customer) decide not to pay your custom fees/import taxes applied by your country of residence.
