We recommend you consume one 14g block (6 per bar) every 25-30 minutes, before and during exercise to #Recharge.

KMC NRG BAR contains 83g of Carbohydrate per bar. Each bar can be broken easily into 6 blocks of 14g. They also 4 Key Electrolytes and B Vitamins (B3, B5, B6 & B12) so they pack a real punch. If you want to #Recharge your performance, you have come to the right place!
Always think ahead and stay on top of your energy levels, eat pro-actively not reactively, to avoid hitting "the wall".
- Eat well before you start exercising and have one block (14g) within 30 minutes into your activity, take one 14g block every 20-30 minutes thereafter.
- Our KMC NRG BARs are easy to take, they dissolve in your mouth and leave a refreshing and slightly invigorating aftertaste, but we would still recommend having some water with them. Try taking our KMC ISO MIX in a bottle or pack for hydration!
- It's a good idea to mix it up with some GEL+ Caffeine energy gels. Caffeine is scientifically proven to boost your physical endurance. (...but don't exceed the recommended GDA).
